Dr. Mukhyamantri Chandru

H.N. Chandrashekar, the actor the state nicknamed Mukhyamantri after a play, is AAP Karnataka’s state president. He came to the party late, with no hunger for office, and a very public allergy to the usual three-party circus. In 2025 he announced the Greater Bengaluru election committee and called the city what residents already mutter at 8am in traffic: Garbage City. Theatre kid. Former MLA. Still answers the phone.
